COVID-19 Community Pandemic Response Hub (CPR Hub)

Thriive empowers organizations and communities with a technology backbone to easily and effectively coordinate the care management of those afflicted with COVID-19. Connecting across all stakeholders – from hospitals and clinicians to organizations and their members, Thriive helps deliver and manage care to those in need. The machine learning/AI algorithms and training data will be open source adhering to data governance guidelines of community leaders.

Our Approach

 

Our COVID-19 Community Pandemic Response Hub (CPR Hub) enables organizations to deliver services to their community members via a cloud-based application that includes:

  • Care Check-in
  • Remote Patient Monitoring
  • Health Risk Assessments
  • Behavioral Health Integration
  • Mental Health Support
  • Connectivity to food security assessments and interventions

In addition it provides visibility, risk assessment and impact analysis capabilities to enable organizations to see the big picture.

Engaging the Community

 

Our approach to community engagement is in accordance to WHO guidelines and  the social aspects of epidemics are addressed as outlined by WHO below:

  • Detecting an outbreak and detection of newly infected people (case detection, contact tracing)
  • Minimizing harmful practices (at individual and community levels) that can increase susceptibility and exposure; and adopting protective practices (medical and non-medical)
  • Seeking and providing health care as advised (in the household, community, and health facility)
  • Re-integrating of survivors back into the community and to minimizing stigma
  • Identifying and managing misinformation and rumours.
